I live in Port St. Lucie, and it&rsquo;s Port St. Lucie SC&rsquo;s own upcoming debut in USL League One that pulled me into following the wider United Soccer League system — the new promotion/relegation structure, the divisions feeding into it, and the clubs navigating it.</p>
